MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY...

Has been a wild ride! For most of my life, I searched for something. I searched in relationships, travelling, partying, jobs, houses etc. After a spiritual awakening, I realised what I was searching for all along, was me.
Peeling back layers of grief, trauma, fear, self-limiting beliefs, expectations of society and others gradually revealed the real me. It was a messy kind of beautiful but the most freeing, balancing, empowering, self-loving and magical process that I now get to witness as I guide others.
Growth has been hella uncomfortable at times, as I pushed through the energetic barriers I'd subconsciously built around me. I went through dark nights of the soul I was unsure I'd come back from.
But my love, the biggest breakdowns lead to the most powerful breakthroughs (goosebumps as I write this as confirmation). Without the darkness we wouldn't know and cherish the light - this world is one of polarity.
REIKI HEALING
Discovering Reiki as a holistic way to manage symptoms of the auto-immune disease I was diagnosed with in 2016 was also a catalyst for exponential spiritual and personal growth and healing.
On my path to become a Reiki Practitioner, I unexpectedly tapped into my spiritual gifts; unlocking my intuition, energy healing and channelling. Talk about magic!
You have gifts and magic within you too and I want to help you rediscover them.
There are countless Reiki benefits - it heals all aspects of the being on a deep subconscious level, creating energy balance over time. Dense energies (trauma, suppressed emotions, anger etc) can be carried in your energy field for years, as far back as childhood.

During a distance Reiki energy healing with me, I tap into your energy field and intuitively work through to remove blockages, often receiving downloaded messages of Universal guidance for you.

That download led me to study and become a certified Life Coach and Spiritual Life Coach. Now, I work with beautiful souls to help them master their energy, step into their divinity and make their dream life a reality.
While I gained the certifications to “coach” others, it’s my own personal life & spiritual experience, learning to master my energy, going through the darkness myself and coming out the other side that my real qualification comes in.

In my coaching program, I merge my knowledge and experience with tried and tested practical tools, resources and guidance to lead you back to the answers that lie within you.
